We consider the size of your website, expected traffic, functionality and mailbox requirements before recommending a suitable hosting arrangement. Different businesses need different levels of resources and support; your proposal sets out the package and responsibilities.
We configure the hosting environment, deploy the website and set up the agreed domain and SSL arrangements. Where suitable, we configure and manage Cloudflare protection, with the features and plan selected around the website. Certificate renewal responsibilities and any additional security services are confirmed in the scope.
We create the agreed mailboxes, provide connection details and test sending and receiving through the hosted email service. Mailbox numbers, storage requirements and any existing email migration are reviewed before work begins.
We manage the hosting services included in your agreement and help identify the right next step when an issue arises. Configuration of individual computers, phones and mail apps, ongoing device support and CRM integration are separately agreed. Your internal IT arrangements remain with your business or its IT provider.

We can assess the existing setup and agree a migration plan. Website files, databases, DNS, mailbox contents and connected services may need different steps. The proposal confirms what will be moved, the access needed and the changeover arrangements.
We set up the agreed hosted mailboxes, supply connection details and test the service. Help configuring a particular device or mail application can be discussed, but support for every device and application is not included automatically. Your business remains responsible for its internal IT systems.
We can review the requirement and discuss suitable help. CRM configuration, third-party subscriptions and integrations are separately scoped because they depend on the systems and access involved.
Your proposal defines the included services, support arrangements and any backup or recovery provision. Website content changes, software maintenance and additional integrations are included only where agreed. This keeps the package aligned with the website and business.
