TRADEWORKS / AI Automation & Integration

Less repetitive work.More consideredconnections.

Practical advice and workflow planning to help your business handle enquiries, organise follow-ups and connect everyday systems. Production integrations are separately scoped after a feasibility review.

THE THINKING

Start with the work, not the technology.

An enquiry copied between inboxes, a reminder left to memory or the same information entered twice can slow a team down. We work with you to map the process, identify the points that need human judgement and decide where a simpler workflow or carefully scoped automation could help. AI is considered where it has a useful role; a straightforward rule or an improved process may be the better answer.

THE WORK

A considered approach
to the details.

01

Enquiry handling and CRM workflows

We can map how an enquiry moves from your website or inbox to the right person, and plan the fields, ownership and review steps needed in a CRM. Potential routing, duplicate checks and handover rules are assessed against the systems you use; a live connection is not assumed.

02

Follow-up reminders

Plan reminders for unanswered enquiries, quotations or agreed next steps. We help define triggers, timing, responsibility and when a reminder should stop. The aim is to support a person’s follow-up process, with clear controls over any external messages.

03

AI-assisted communications

Explore where AI could help draft acknowledgements, summarise an enquiry or prepare a reply for review. We plan the tone, information sources and approval steps. Customer-facing wording, accuracy and sensitive decisions remain subject to human oversight; automatic sending is included only if separately agreed and tested.

04

Integration planning and delivery boundaries

We review the systems involved, available connection methods, permissions and data requirements before proposing a route. Advisory work can produce a workflow map and implementation brief. A production build, pilot, deployment, monitoring and ongoing support require a separate agreed scope, suitable access and testing; third-party fees and responsibilities are confirmed before work begins.

BUILDING THE BRIEF

A clear scope.
Before we begin.

Tell us which tasks take time, which tools you use and what a successful handover looks like. Please describe the process rather than send passwords, API keys or customer records through the enquiry form. We agree the advisory deliverables first; any production integration, third-party costs, testing, support and responsibilities are confirmed separately.

What we can scope together

  • Current-process review and workflow mapping
  • Enquiry routing and CRM field planning
  • Follow-up triggers, ownership and reminder rules
  • AI-assisted drafting and human-review checkpoints
  • Integration feasibility, data flows and access requirements
  • A prioritised implementation brief and separately scoped pilot

These are areas we can include, not a fixed package. Deliverables, timing and costs are confirmed in your proposal.

USEFUL ANSWERS

Before you
enquire.

Is this advice, or a live integration service?

The starting point is practical advice, process review and integration planning. A live integration is not included automatically. If implementation is appropriate and feasible, the systems, access, delivery responsibilities, testing and ongoing support must be agreed in a separate scope before a production build begins.

Can you connect our existing CRM and other tools?

We can review the requirement and assess possible connection methods. Feasibility depends on the tools, their available APIs or connectors, subscription plans, access permissions and data requirements. We do not promise compatibility before that review.

Will AI send messages to our customers automatically?

Our planning starts with human review of AI-assisted drafts. Any automatic sending needs an explicit agreed scope, approval rules, tests and a way to stop or correct the workflow. AI-generated wording should be checked for accuracy and suitability before use.

How do we start without sharing sensitive information?

Use the enquiry form to describe the task, the tools involved and the outcome you want. Do not include credentials or customer records. If further access or sample data is needed, the purpose, handling and a suitable way to share it are agreed separately.

Are software subscriptions and ongoing support included?

They are not included automatically. Any third-party subscriptions, usage costs, monitoring, maintenance and support arrangements are identified and agreed as part of the relevant proposal.
