TRADEWORKS / WEBSITE INFORMATION

Privacy notice

How Tradeworks handles your information.

Last updated: 22 October 2026.

Who to contact

The controller responsible for personal information collected through this website is Robbie Stacy, a sole trader trading as Tradeworks. Correspondence address: Studio 11, 11 Princeton Court, London, SW15 1AZ. For privacy questions or to exercise your rights, email info@tradeworks.agency. This address is provided for correspondence; visits are not offered through this website.

Enquiries and callback requests

When you submit an enquiry, we collect your name, email address, chosen service and project message. You may also supply a business name. If you request a callback, we collect your phone number and any preferred time. We use these details to respond, discuss your requirements and prepare a proposal where requested. We do not treat an enquiry as permission to send unrelated marketing.

Why we use enquiry information

For enquiries about entering a contract with you personally, we use information where necessary to take steps at your request before entering that contract. For general enquiries or enquiries made on behalf of an organisation, we rely on legitimate interests in responding to relevant business requests and managing our business relationships.

How long we keep enquiries

For enquiries that do not become clients, we retain the enquiry correspondence for 12 months after the last contact, then delete it, unless a specific legal requirement or dispute justifies keeping relevant records longer. Information needed for a client relationship is handled under the arrangements for that service; client and accounting retention periods are outside this enquiry-only period.

Hosting, email and security

The website is hosted with Krystal. Enquiries are sent through authenticated email services and delivered to info@tradeworks.agency, which forwards to the business inbox. The hosting mail route uses MailChannels. Google reCAPTCHA v3 checks form submissions for spam and may process technical information such as IP address, browser information and interactions. We also use technical submission identifiers and rate limits to protect the form and reduce duplicates. These records do not contain the enquiry message, but they are not necessarily anonymous.

Google Analytics

If you allow optional analytics, Google Analytics 4 helps us understand page visits. Our site code sends page titles and page locations without query strings or fragments; it does not send your enquiry fields. Analytics can involve online identifiers and technical device and usage information. Optional analytics uses consent, and your choice can be changed in Cookie settings in the footer. We use page-view measurement, with automatic enhanced measurement disabled.

Analytics retention settings

The Google Analytics property is currently configured with event-data retention of 2 months and user-data retention of 14 months. These settings are separate from the 12-month period for unsuccessful enquiry correspondence, browser cookie expiry and retention of aggregated reports.

Your choices and rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access, correction, deletion or restriction of your information, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and request portability where applicable. You can withdraw analytics consent through Cookie settings without affecting earlier lawful processing. Contact info@tradeworks.agency about a request. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint/.

Service providers and international processing

Information is shared with our hosting and email providers where needed to operate the website and handle enquiries, and with Google for the services described above. Providers may process information outside the UK. Google publishes its international transfer safeguards, including the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses where applicable. Contact info@tradeworks.agency for information about the safeguards relevant to your data.
