How this website uses storage
Tradeworks uses local storage to remember your privacy preference. Google Analytics is optional and is loaded only after analytics acceptance. Google reCAPTCHA v3 loads when you submit an enquiry for spam protection. These services have different purposes.
Remembering your choice
The local-storage key tradeworks-cookie-choice records your analytics preference, notice version and choice time. We treat it as expired after 180 days. Expired entries may remain in browser storage until replaced or cleared, but are not treated as valid consent. You can change your choice through Cookie settings in the footer. If storage is unavailable, your choice applies to the current page only.
Optional Google Analytics
Google Analytics 4 is off unless you allow it. It can use _ga and _ga_<identifier> cookies to distinguish users and maintain session information; Google’s standard expiry can be up to two years, depending on settings and browser behaviour. Cookie expiry can be shorter where your browser limits or clears storage. Enquiry text and contact fields are not sent by our analytics code.
Accept, reject or change
Choose Accept analytics, Reject optional or Customise in the privacy panel. Reopen Cookie settings in the footer at any time. Withdrawing analytics consent disables tracking and reloads the page to stop previously loaded analytics listeners. Existing cookies may remain until you remove them using browser settings; their presence does not by itself mean tracking remains enabled.
Form spam protection
Google reCAPTCHA v3 loads when you submit the enquiry form, independently of your optional analytics preference. It evaluates technical information to help identify automated abuse and can use the _GRECAPTCHA cookie. Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply to this service. Google explains its cookies and international processing in its published privacy information.
